CELLSCAN 24

We manufacture a scanner that monitors 24 individual cell voltages. The voltages are sequenced and sent out a single port. This port is connected to another 3rd party device (Dataq 194 Serial A/D). We need to be able to get the individual cell voltages into an Excel speadsheet in rows that show each voltage. We would like to be able to toggle between a text format and/or bar graph format. These would be running in real time. We would also like to be able to set high and low alarm levels that can be user selectable. The scanning sequence is provided with two levels of scanning speed and the transition from the last cell (24) back to (1) has a delay that could be used to know when cell (1) is being read again. The Dataq device has 4 ports and we would like to use on of them to provide current monitoring using a hall effect device that provides a 0-5VDC output for full scale. One other port would provide temperature using a thermister. The RS232 serail port from the Dataq device can also interface to a serial modem and/or a serial Ethernet devices for remote communication. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The software must be able to run on all Windows based operating systems 98SE through XP
