Create a WMI, vbscript or other idea that will do the following.
Whenever a user needs to log into the Windows 2000, 2003 or XP **local administrator account** there will be a prompt that requires them to supply their first and last name. The name will then be written to the security event log of the local computer saying this person logged into the **local administrator account on this date at this time.
**
The reason to do this is because we want a way to know whom is logging into the domain local account and we only want **one** admin local account per machine.
We know the user could always put in a name that is not his but this is ok as long as the name, date and time is written to the security event log eveything is ok.
