I have purchased the following Bootstrap html template: [login to view URL] I have modified the included PSD to suit my needs now I need somebody to modify the HTML/CSS to suit my design and also add a simple PDF success panel over the download form. I will provide a PNG file with all the layers etc. I need this turned around within 48 hours (first draft for checking in 24 hours), and also need the responsive nature kept in tact. I look forward to working with you :)
