Need a basic business card order form built with two quantity options to choose from. After the user fills in their name and information on the form, I would like a button that will open a simulated business card to show them what it will look like when they are printed and mailed to them. It will give them an idea of the appearance and how it will look. They can either accept what they typed or edit it further. I have the order form mockup and the business card design created. Font will be provided for the preview. Also merchant account is available. Budget $150

Can do this in 4-5 days. Can use live update on the page for card as well to see each change in the form readily on the card , without pressing a button, but thats your choice. Cheers Dr. Asad
