Custom blogsite Development

I need a site where students can blog about their teachers. The requirements are: General Requirements #1 The site should provide the regular blogging features #2 On the right side of the front page, the site should display the most talked about teachers #3 On the left side of the front page, the site should display the most collegec/school with most blogs In addition to the above features, the site should be able to provide the following: #1 Add/modify/categorize school/college/university by college/high school and by country #2 Ability to associate department/faculty to school/college/university #3 Ability to add/modify and associate [students and teachers] to faculty/department and courses in a school/college. # Optional features for user to add/upload their photos/pictures #4 On login, students should be able to blog on any selected teacher. #5 On login, the site should show the top blogged teachers for that school (Techer listing on the right side - BIGGER font for the most blogged teacher and smallest font for the less blogged teachers. - kind of like tag) #5 User should be able to add comments to existing blogs (just like in regular blogs) #6 The site should be able to archive blogs by months/college/teachers #7 Ability to search and browse blogs by teacher's name, college name, by country etc #8 Today's/latest blogs #9 Ability to add and manage Advertisement #10 Tell a friend feature (tell a friend about the website) Please check out the [login to view URL] to see a similar sites for students But NOT for Blogs (The ads position on this site can be used) I pay $50 for a good design and job well done
