I own a construction company here in Tennessee. I need a website that is similar to WWW.lockridgehomes.com. In no way do I want the site exact because this is a copyright violation. I will in no way take part in any illegal activities because i run a company based on integrity and honesty. This site is for reference only. The only exception I do not have many locations and my floor plans will only be around 6-8 floor plans. I will post the floor plans and house designs on freelancers also for bid, if you want to bid on the floor plans and house design please give a price per house. I would really like a virtual tour of each home designed. If you bid please submit a pro folio to me by email or leave a link here. I will not accept any bids that cannot have the following. 1st. Must have a current portfolio with accessible links . 2nd . Must be able to translate into English and correspond with me with English. 3rd. Do not give a cheap price to lure me in then start jacking the price up. The price must be complete for a site similar to www. Lockridgehomes.com. Please take time to visit the site first. Do not submit a bid to me unless you have visited this site first to get an understanding of what I need. Again , I need a complete website that is similar d [login to view URL] If you want to design the floor plans and homes layout please include this in your bid and let me know you have done so. If you can do a virtual tour of interior homes please include this in your bid . If you can do virtual tours of homes I must have a working demo sent to me before I will consider your bid. I have put bids out for virtual homes and no one could deliver a virtual home interior layout.
