Complete unfinished B2B website ASAP (Codeigniter)

Hi, I am looking for an expert PHP developer who can take over an unfinished codeigniter B2B website & complete that as soon as possible. According to the previous developer, back-end is almost 95% completed & fron-end work is 90% left. Payment integration work is also completed by previous developer. Attached you can find different modules broken down individually. You will have a better idea of what you need to do to complete the work. There is a newsletter module also which will have 2-3 templates & client will be able to send newsletter (after selecting the template & editing the text) to... all site users, only asean members, only non-asean members, people who got registration invitation but didin't yet registered their companies etc. I want someone really professional who could finish the work with professionalism & make the whole website functional & error free till 20th Dec. maximum. I will shortlist the developers today & will award the project as soon as the developer assures me that he can provide quality work with quickest results. Please note that.... - I want this finished till 20th December. Do not bid if you are not capable of completing it till 20th. - I would prefer individuals instead of companies as I thing individuals put more efforts on small projects & give more attentions. However, companies are also welcomed. - There is a pre-registration module currently working "[login to view URL]". This is actually a promotional registration module to attract people/companies. Once the site is completed, we will get the details of pre-registered users & will integrate with the actual site. (will provide more details later) - There maybe (or maybe not), some small things to be added. Developer should be flexible & should not ask additional bucks for really small things or fixes.
