Community Website - CTMAA Phase I

Task is to design a community site for update of existing www.calmachinist.com. This project will be done in THREE phases - your BID to Phase I ONLY, with estimate of your cost for Phase II in your text comments. Please review the attached project description (.png files) CAREFULLY before you bid. Joomla/etc. OK - but I prefer a simpler approach if possible - I find doing simple things with some of the CMS frameworks requires so many files I can't keep track of how to do simple things. Also, careful design should consider Google / SEO and page-code that will search well. Phase I: deliver an html5 'responsive' community website DESIGN with home page, and inner pages - news, calendar, apprentice, employer, educator, forms&fees, contact -- AND sample of user login/register. STAGE your design and make sure it works on a Yahoo small business host that I will provide to you. Deliver the SuperAdmin login & admin pages that demonstrate how content of the site pages can be updated. Phase I is for the MAIN (top) site only -- Phase II - will add the functionality for the (similar) "sub-sites" - see the attached project .png's Phase III will add significant functionality for ... "blue books" (database tracking), Paypal, and a variety of other forms & db reporting functionality. Thank you for reading and your bid.
