Need to pages to be created on will be for paying city utilities and the other for paying RV spots. Pages will be hosted at [login to view URL] check this website for compatibility for scripts and other programming languages. Use the website [login to view URL] for a template these websites will be linked. The web page for the city utilities needs to have data input fields for the following. Account number name on account amount to pay contact phone number The user clicks submit and this information is fed into a PayPal cart. When I receive the payment received email needs to include this information. Also a fee needs to be added to the total. This fee for now will be 4$ plus 5%. And it needs to be able to be changed easily such as editing the HTML. The webpage for paying the RV spots needs to have the same fee added to it but different data fields. These fields are as follows. Space number a drop-down menu with three options these options are Alleyoop RV, Landing RV, Rocky topRV number of days the rent for a space per day is $11 therefore this input field should be multiplied by $11 and added into the cart contact phone number
