I am looking to start a blog about our small town: the topics, politics, beach events etc. Here are a couple of websites I see that I like the layout. I can stay with a template to keep the price down. I am going to sell space to local companies to cover expenses to maintain, create and promotion of site. So. I need a space for advertisers/sponsors. Requirements: 1) Blog space 2) About us-Page 3) Reply/comment option 4) Verification of 3rd party comments (ie email address required) and I have to approve all comments before posting 4) Advertiser/sponsor space (small) like space on [login to view URL] 5) Ability to post video blogs, photos 6) Links to twitter and facebook pages (TOP BLOGGER SITES; [login to view URL] , [login to view URL], [login to view URL],[login to view URL] The graphics or background, I think best if a beach type theme. I can submit pictures later of our beach. All of this needs to be editable... Completion time needed - shortest time possible!! ha
