Background

I need a website that is designed to access free US public records such as for liens, criminal records, arrest records, properties, child molestors, license plate searches, drivers licenses, military records etc. The user could then login, choose what he is looking for and enter what information he has on that person, property address, DL# or license plate # and be able to receive information back based on the info they were able to enter in. They then after the search would online be told that there was information found on such person and that for a fee of a few dollars such as with paying through paypal that they could have a nice clean print out of such. I have a website already up but it is not set up yet to do such as I am asking. I f you are interested in this then email me and I will give you some links to look at and my website also.
