Detachable .NET tab [bug fix]

I need a good VB programmer to fix bugs and add described enhancements to an existing control which emulates the [login to view URL] detachable tabs (URL for demo provided) This control essentially emulates DockStudioXP's implementation ([login to view URL]). This is a *heavily* modified version of RamoSoft's .net Tabs (see PSC). The drag n' drop emulation ([login to view URL]) I'm targeting is provided in demo (everything you should need is provided in the demo). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Deliverables/Task description (please see downloadable demo for illustration) : You should : 1. Fix the following bugs (please see demo for illustration) : 1. "Destroy" Tab group after drag n' drop operation. Drag n' drop works OK, but if the last tab (in a tab group) is dragged, then that tab group should be destroyed and "nearest" tab groups should correctly "fill the hole" (that is, the area of destroyed tab group). 2. Resize Support : Tab Groups already fill the whole area of Control. However, refresh cause control to flicker & restore tab groups order to their original state (i.e. drag a tab to create a new tab group & resize form) 3. Tab Group Resize Support : Tab Groups must be resizable (already coded, but buggy code which doesn't work when associating a child control to the tab) 4. Rich ToolTips Support (fix positioning bug, leave mouse over tab and see where the custom tooltip appears) 5. True Mouse Over Tracking (sometimes fail when mouse rapidly pass over "x", "<" or ">" button) 6. Ensure that it's ready & fix any other bug that might arise 2. Implement the following features : 1. Pager simulation (i.e. scroll tabs on mouse down) 2. non-active Tab Groups drawn in different colors 3. When the ChildControl's "SetFocus" event is fired -> raise a notification, preferably a ChangeTab() event 3. Implement the following (DockStudioXP) features. Please refer to DockStudioXP for demo (right-click on tab and choose respective option) : 1. New (Vertical/Horizontal) Tab Group -> add a (Vertical/Horizontal) tab group next to active tab group 2. Move to previous/Next (Vertical/Horizontal) Tab Group 3. Group By File Extention i.e. group *.html files in a separate tab group, *.js in another tab group, etc... (use Caption as File) Please note the following : 1. You should NOT care about drag n' drop over TextBox (drag icon), I don't have this problem when in my application. 2. Drawing process should remain flikerless (as the demo) Of course I need the classic : 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Follow-up, at least a detailed email and/or demo showing progress each 5 days.
