Customer database project

To accept this job you will want to be a part of a project that will continue on and off for some time and you will need to know 3 things very well to do this project: 1. Visual Basic .Net 2003 2. Microsoft Access 3. ADO/[login to view URL] (which ever you prefer) Basic description: This is a stand alone application written in VB.NET that connects to an Access database. There maybe up to 3 instances of the application connecting to the database. This project is already started and the coder will be expected to take it up from it's current state. Maintainable code is a priority! Functions need to be isolated and well commented. Time permitting I will be doing some of the code modules myself. This should not be a problem for you. In the first stage that I need now there is not a lot of work involved, some coding, tidying and error handling, however the project will expand potentially offering on-going work to a good working partner. I need someone that is comfortable sending 1 line emails back and forth so that we can work together rather than a big list of surprises to work through at the end. I don't mind being asked 10 million questions along the way. Hopefully it will be straight forward enough when you get started. ## Deliverables 1) **Complete source code of all work done.** 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
