Comprehensive IT Solution needed for Web Business

We are seeking an IT source or sources that can provide a comprehensive solution to the wide array of technology needs presented by our web-based business. This project involves 4 .NET/ASPX web sites with SQL databases that we are preparing to launch. These are sites that are designed to service a large number of subscribers who will be purchasing and creating their own member accounts. The subscribers will be entering records and uploading files to each site's database. Three of the sites use an existing application that performs real-time, on-line auctions. The fourth uses an application that allows subscribers to create directories on our server that will serve as their own web sites (and provides a browser-based control panel from which they can maintain their “site?? content).
