Data Mining: Obtain Public EMAIL addresses for Schools listed in Excel File

Attached to this bid is an Excel Spreadsheet file of 307 high schools in New York City. I would like to obtain the name and email addresses of the following: 1. Principal 2. Assistant Principal of Arts, Drama, Theater, or Music 3. Drama, theater, or music teacher. 4. Custodian Most of these people will have an email address that ends with ~at~schools.nyc.gov. Some may have other email addresses listed. Please note: I am looking for publicly available addresses. Most of the schools will have their own websites and email addresses will be listed. However, some will not have them. I still will want the names of the people if they are listed. We can then guess at the email address. Most of the time, we will just take the first initial and last name and add the ~at~schools.nyc.gov. The attached file has the school name, address, and phone numbers for each school. The NYC DOE has the following site: [login to view URL] You will find a school search page there. These pages will help find the school's site. You will also find some of the names here. As for bidding, I figure you should bid on half the list. Then, we'll figure a bonus structure for each additional listing. Let's say you bid for 150 listings at (for example) 10cents each. Once you finish the 150, each additional set of addresses would be paid as bonuses. You do NOT want to bid the entire list as, if you do not find everyone, you would not be done with the project and it's much harder to adjust the RAC agreement downward... Please note, though the attached file is publicly available, this posting does NOT give anyone rights to use the list for any other purposes then working on this bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
