Customize a Wordpress Plugin Script

I have a wordpress plugin that allows me to create quizzes on my wordpress blog. This plugin works great but the frontend doesn't look the way I want it to look. I need someone to re-code part of the plugin so it displays the quiz using images instead of text. Two changes are needed: 1)The admin functionality of the code will need to accept images too AND text choices. *Currently, it only accepts text. 2) The front end will need to be changed on how the code generates the output of information to my wordpress visitors. The look and feel. **Also, I want the quiz to be displayed on 1 single page without requiring the user to click "next" like the current version works. I am attaching 2 images. One image is how the current plugin looks to my website visitors ([login to view URL]) and the other ([login to view URL]) is how I want it to look. PS. This should be a VERY simple project for someone who is skilled in .PHP and CSS. P.P.S - I will need this completed VERY FAST and I will hire someone ASAP.
