Code a software to get access to the url

Hi All Facebook doesn't ask additional security questions if it doesn't suspect we are a bot. We can register min 3 accounts using same IP without problem. So Our tool needs to try create 3 accounts per turn using a random generated email and password by our mail server, we have already prepared this details. After the turn ends we will change the IP, clear the cookies and caches and will try to create new accounts in next turn. If facebook detects and asks for captcha and mobile phone number during the process, we will change IP and restart to process. We need minimum 1/3 success rate for account creation.
