Asset managemnet website

I need an asset management portal creating, the site needs to integrate with oscommerce and once functionality is working the skin needs to match the design of the overall portal including the use of java style forms to match the look and feel of other parts to the site. The site will have a section in the oscommerce admin page where site surveys can be uploaded to populate the asset database. Assets must be fully search able from the from end and the admin must be able to pull reports from the back end. Please supply examples where similar sites have been created, Coding must be PHP, MYSQL based, the users login using the oscommerce database. site features need to include:- Auditors have there own login and have the option to enter assets via CSV file or Web form (Must be iPad Friendly) customer site location is pulled from OSC with ability to add room locations and or desk numbers multiple forms are required depending the item being audited navigation must be easy within the oscommerce admin, reports will be required to pull data based on field values and date ranges. this must be dynamic and easy to use. navigation for the end user must simple with the ability to list and sort data depending on type and or location. they must be able to search using a field value or click on a listed item for further information.
