Article Marketing Tool

I need a article marketing tool developed. It can be a web based tool or a desktop application. I need a tool that does the work similar to copyscape.com. I would like my tool to be able to check for Unique content. User should be able to check atleast 3 articles together to see if they are unique or [login to view URL] it can have certain additional features, which may help in article marketing, like- Article Spinning, able to post to atleast 10 article directories, once they are done checking.
