Creation of social bookmarking links

The project entails working on a social bookmarking website. Currently people make posts to the website and get a link back to that post on their blog. Visitors to the site can browse the posts and vote for the articles they read, (just like Digg). What my site is missing is the ability for posters to put an icon on there own site linking to my site. I want a script writing so that they can copy and paste a link into their blog posts and display that link which brings them to my website. I have a logo which is currently a header so envisage that will be the basis for the icon design. I would also like a smaller rectangle logo which could probably be my main logo shrunk down to that smaller size. When a person sees my logo on the other website they will click it so that they can come to my site to vote for that article. They will need to be taken to the sign up page, or the log in page. After completing log-in or sign up they should then be redirected to the article they have come to vote for. This kind of script is in wide use on various social bookmarking sites, if there are any questions or clarifications you would like to make prior to bidding please ask. I am no experton programming so sometimes I may have missed crucial points because of my own ignorance so please ask. I can direct you to my website etc if you seek further information. I have no idea what kind of budget to indicate so if my range is inaccurate please bid accordingly.
