We are running Asterisk 1.4 with Gentoo, mysql. This is a production server that we want A2Billing installed and configured.
Currently we have a homegrown PHP/MYSQL billing program that hooks into a optigold server for monthly recurring invoices. We need to incorporate our current billing requirements into a feature rich A2Billing. The dial plans are all in mysql.
We have 4 specific plans. Each plan includes specific countries that include long distance charged to the defined countries.
The dial plans DID’s defining the local calling areas: Each City, roughly 30, needs to be configured so customer calls in the defined are dialed as a local call.
Customer's local calling area is defined by which calls the customer needs to dial 1 before the number. We can (and have) defined the local calling areas as contexts in the dialplan. For example, a caller in Location A can call other numbers in and around Location A by dialling the area code and exchange (first 6 numbers) followed by the local (last 4 numbers). If that person wants to call outside of the Location A area they are forced to dial a 1 before the number, or the call will not connect. When the billing is done, it only looks for calls with a 1 at the beginning, then determines whether the call should be charged, depending on their one of the 4 Specific Dial Plans (long distance plan.)
We need to configure add-on plans that include 1000 LD minutes in a defined are for one set monthly price.
Setup 1-800 plans with billable rates per min. and a per 30/6 option.
Prepay and Post Pay option for each dial plan.
Automate an IAX sip account with a per min billable rate, plus long distance outside of a customers calling area.
IAX/SIP trunk billing: $0.011 per minute for all calls, incoming and outgoing, plus long distance rates for outgoing calls outside the customer's local calling area.
411 calls must be billed per call, every month.
Fax to e-mail accounts rated on a monthly plan with a page limit per month plan additional charges once the limit has [login to view URL] using Digium "ReceiveFax" program for fax-to-email,
- We have several customers who have virtual numbers and/or hosted IVRs that get forwarded to PSTN lines that are long distance. We need to be able to bill these customers by the minute for incoming calls.
- Each customer can have more than one phone number.
Setup customer interface with add-on and billing information.
Extras we would like to provide the customer through a control panel for customers to select and add to the account.
