A Simple Program

Okay: Here is what I want-- I want a simple program that does the following: - checks links in yahoo provides a number - checks .edu links in yahoo provides a number - checks .gov links in yahoo provides a number - returns a numerical pagerank - looks for the existance of header and title and meta tags - checks google for appearances of domain name (a "search term" search will do it) - a few other features I already have a script for the links and for the page rank I want the script to then look at said data and run it against a simple (okay fairly log) if/then and return a numerical value.
