Design Upgrade Coding in Wordpress

The Project involves the following coding tasks: 1. General design: taking a PSD file and coding it into the Wordpress framework (PHP). Side bar should be programmed as custom widgets that are already programmed, but need tweaking to reflect the new design. 2. athletes page needs upgrading as per the jpg/psd. One of the coding needs here is using expandable CSS code (so a section can be expanded, but not reload the page). For this CSS expansion code I would like documentation so that I can recall it in other areas of the site. 3. Products page needs upgrading too. The attached jpg gives you an idea of the navigation. The main page of the products section will still be designed. 4. for the homepage, we're looking for a stylish photo slideshow viewer that could replace the current flash piece. 5. trouble shoot the nexgen gallery (perhaps upgrade, but make sure it works as it's supposed to). 6. install and configure a tell-a-friend and share plugin. The person I am looking for should be proficient with Wordpress and Wordpress plugins. While coding is the main task in this project, the winning bidder must have some knowledge in design and must know how to use photoshop to slice the PSD up and convert to html/php language.
