Batch Sqlite to Mysql (php/pdo)

I need a php script that will read every sqlite database in a directory, they all have the same schema. and insert their entries into a mysql table with a similar schema, plus filename column. Schema wont be provided, i will modify myself. Please use PDO for at least reading the sqlite database.
