Database consultation and optimization: Postgresql asterisk database(repost)

We have a need for someone to check trough our PostgreSQL database used by Asterisk for SIP-accounts and CDR's and billing. The purpose of this is to check the database and scripts through for possible optimizations and check that when the database grows there wont be reliability problems. Currently we have ca. 10 000 calls per day and the volume is set to triple during the next month so we want a third person to look the database trough for possible points of problems. Depending on the found suggestions and made optimizations we will award bonuses. Possibly even an extra bonus 6 months later for problemfree running. Documentation of database is in the attached files as well as the asterisk dialer we use.
