Adding interactive components to Website.

I have designed an e-commerce Website of 6 (12 if you consider the site will exists in both Spanish and English) pages using Corel Draw 9. I am very happy with the graphic design work and it has very specific design requirements as I am a reseller for a larger company. I am very experienced with Corel and have been able, through Corel to design in the various simple hyperlinks to other Web pages, inlcluding my suppliers Website. Corel also provides the html conversion with a Publish to Web function. However, the interactive part of the Website involving CGI scripts and the like I do not know how to do. The main feature that needs to be designed in is a password and User ID database that limits access to some links without first logging in. There a one drop down menu that has different hyperlinks to downloads on my suppliers site, depending upon what box you mark. It is very simple sutff compared to what I see on Websites. I will be open to additonal ideas to make the site look and function well. But we're trying to keep it simple. Thank you in advance for considering this project. It needs to run on modern servers and support all reasonable user platforms.I am thinking of having Netfirms do the hosting unless someone suggests something better.
