Creloaded UK Credit Card Payment Module Modification

I want to use UK credit card payment module for my Creloaded store. This module no longer stores CCV numbers due to recent regulations. I have already "CC with CCV" module which will email the CCV and the middle 8 numbers to me, however, this module does not have the ability to accept UK debit cards. My offlline terminal accepts all major credit & debit cards. I need to have either of the following: [login to view URL] UK Credit Card module modified to email me the CCV & the middle 8 numbers or 2. The CC with CCV module modified to accept all major credit & debit cards. Whichever way around you do this, I need to be able to accept ALL major credit and debit cards. I have attached both modules, this should be a quick & simple job for a good php programmer as the code exists in both of the files and I expect this will have been done already by somebody for a UK store. As usual I will pay using Escrow and release full payment upon receipt of the script once I have verified that it does what I need it to do. I simply want the finished file so that I can upload & install to my store. Please do not PM me with lots of irrelevant links, only somebody who understands what I need and can do it fast should bid.
