Classifieds Moderation Panel

We need to develop a Moderation mechanism for our site. The ads which passed through predefined filters, are live on our website right away, but we have to moderate them before they are completely considered Live. We need an ability to moderate ads after they are already posted and either approve them or delete them based on their content. In the moderation process we need to see all of the details of the ad including the title, description, images, email address of the poster and the IP address. We should be able to group the newly posted ads by Category where the ads are posted, IP address, specific User/email or by filters which we have internally. Basically we should have a menu with choices: Moderate by: IP | User | Categories | Bad List | SPAM We should be able to see a list of ads grouped based on the menu we chose. We can BAN user or Ip address from posting on our website in the future. If we ban the user , all of his current ads are deleted and the user is removed. During the moderation process, if we decide to delete ads for some reason such as SPAM, Duplicate, Illegal content or some others, we should have a template in place which will send an email to the user notifying him why his ad is removed.
