I am seeking a Professional Software Development Company to partner with me to develop a new online recruitment system, this is a unique business model and will provide the successful company with a revenue stream for a fixed predifined period with a minimum financial return agreed on prior to commencement. About the Project I am seeking a professional development company to partner with me to develop a new online recruitment system consisting of: - Front end website with job board - Fully functional Job posting tools including third parting job board and social media posting from within the system - Fully functional Applicant Tracking System and Job Management tools - Three user types with sub-user catagories in two of them with dedicated authority levels - Complete Customer Relationship Management tools for managing our sales and leads - Comprehensive reporting tools - Mobile device compatible (Android and iPhone/iPad) - Comprehensive eCommerce, invoicing and payment system which will include managing system credits for customers - Full SEO required - plus more... This is a large project that requires an experienced design and development team, I am seeking a true technical partner in this project to advise from concept stage through to development and ongoing support. You must be able to manage the entire project both through the initial development stages plus provide ongoing technical support and improvements as required. I DO NOT require you to put a priced bid for this project, you must ONLY bid on this project if you are prepared to work on a revenue sharing basis once the project goes live. You will be very well compensated for your work with a percentage of revenue model that will be discussed with the successful party. The potential for 4, 5 or more time the actual project development costs is reallistic, I am prepared to reward very well for the right partner.
