Create and online booking using API integration to ontime system with auto fill for city, province and zipcode using geocodes database

Greetings, I already have an online booking web portal provided by to me with a link but i want to host the online booking from my own website here [login to view URL] I want to create a booking page within my own domain by integrating API details provided to me by ontime system management. This should be in PHP and will be installed in directory DOMAIN/booking I will be providing the API details plus I also bought the geocodes from [login to view URL] you may upload the database in my server so that when booking is created and the city is filled up the options for province will be shown and choices for barangay then zipcode will automatically be filled up here is the example of how the auto fill should work: Go to [login to view URL] click the new application then enter in the CITY "Quezon City" you will see that the province option will show up and when you click it there will be a BARANGAY option then Postal Code will show up Please use the design i made for the booking portal if you read this carefully please say on your bid message "MABUHAY" i will ignore all bids without this word thanks
