Hi, My website send automatic emails to customers when they have ordered something and we also get emails through when a customer needs something shipped. These are coming through but they are being sent too often i.e. 12 of the same emails are being sent. Just seems our system has a small bug. System was custom-made. PHP based. Thanks Jack
