android app - a simple browser for a coupon site

Hi, i need a very simple android app developed for a coupon site. The app should have same look and feel of the website theme (mixture of green and white color). The main page should show the alphabets a-z. When the user clicks on any icon they should be taken to that alphabet page where all stores will be shown from that alphabet. On the header there should be a search bar which should work like google suggest showing top 6-8 matches for whatever user types. On the particular store page (like amazon coupon) the page will parse an xml page from online to show all available coupons for that store and list them one below another. This is just the basic requirement. I will be uploading a complete word document with few images etc. Please note that the software is just a browser like app. I have had ios app developed for $120. since that developer cannot code for android i am not hiring him again. Please do not bid more than $150. I won't consider you. Also post "androidcoupon" in your bid details to show that you read everything. Final Deliverables: -------------------------- 1.
