Booking validation site - private for omtech

Hi, please don´t bid on this project as I have a developer already. I will not consider any bid, it doesnt matter if cheaper or not. Thanks for your understanding. I would need the site as discussed. After every month, I want that a site is created, where the property managers can confirm their arrivals. They must have 3 options: 1st: confirm the reservation as it is in the system; 2nd: Confirm arrival but they have to modify the total amount of the reservation. (in case guest leaves before the actual departure date). 3rd: No Show (guest did not arrive at hotel). In the monthly list must be all reservations which have not been canceled in order of departure date (not arrival date). Means, if a reservation is arriving at the 27th of june and and departing on the 4th of july it will not be listed if we filter all the reservations of june. Each line must include: 1. Lead Name 2. Booking number 3. Arrival date 4. Departure Date 5. Total amount (behind the total amount a drop down menu with standard option unconfirmed and then giving options to 1st: confirm the reservation, 2nd: Modify Total amount of reservation 3rd: Set reservation as No Show). 6th: Commission charged for the reservation. The Owner will be able to access this site through a new button in the frontend menu, when logged in as property manager. But he can just access the validation site of months which have already been confirmed or, once a month is over the month which is due to be confirmed - he cannot access the month while its still not finished. As I said, the property owner will also be able to see archieved month, means once he confirmed all bookings, he can still access this month, but instead of the dropdown menu an image is shown with the status he has chosen. In case he changed the total value of the reservation, the inicial value of the reservation is shown in red and scratched and next to it the new value in green. Below all reservations, it shows the total of the commission (the commission rate can be setup in jomres). If it is easier to setup the commission rate apart from the jomres one, this is absolutely ok. Once the property owner confirmed all the bookings (or changed it to a different status than unconfirmed), then the system sents an email to my email adress, advising me that all reservations have been confirmed and the total is X. please also consider the other notes I have sent you.
