Add Profile (and posting) to Existing Joomla Site

A small not-for-profit has an existing, professionally designed Joomla website. The organisation is focused on matching public donations to entrepreneurs in developing countries (similar to Kiva). The organisation wants to expand their website to include additional functionalities including; *A list of potential projects that entrepreneurs are seeking funding for. This should include a 'percentage raised' bar, that counts the progress towards the fundraising goal. See: [login to view URL] for example. *The ability for entreprenuers to create accounts which are visible to the public. With these accounts, the entrepreneurs should be able to post videos, photos and text that the public is able to view. These profiles should be visible to the public in a dedicated section of the website (to be created). *The integration of the existing ezy-pay donation system into these profiles. (The donation process need not be changed, just a link to the donations page placed on the 'profile' page). Due to confidentiality reasons, the not-for-profit in question would rather remain anonymous until substantive negotiations take place. A professional design company will provide a mock-up of the layout of the pages and functionalities required, we just need someone with Joomla experience to do the back-end work.
