A Simple PHP Members Script

I am looking for a simple PHP members script that will do the following: - Script should allow people to sign up - Upon sign up someone should be able to enter 15 fields of information (only 4 are required such as username, password, first name, email) - When registering someone should be asked whether or not they would like to share their email with visitors - The remaining fields should allow for any types of data including special characters such as "! # $ ' *" etc. - All of the data should be store via mysql - Once registered a user should have to activate their account via email verification - Upon verification and registration, users can access their page. User's page should be simple and only allow them to change the 11 fields that were not a requirement and allow them to change their password - The script should have a forgot password section - There should be a simple page that displays all of the users "optionally" entered information when someone visits [login to view URL] - If user has allowed their email to be visible then there should be a link to view email but once clicked the viewer must enter a captcha before seeing the email address of the user. If user has not allowed for their email to be revealed then the email section will state "user did not wish to share their email" - There should be an admin section that allows for re-labeling of the signup/displayable fields. for example if the admin wants to they can go ahead and change "Enter Password" to whatever they like. - After registration, users should be allowed to upload their photos in their members page. These photos should then be stored in a directory marked 'images' in the root directory of the domain. - There should be a mod-rewrite or some sort that keeps the member's page from looking like "/[login to view URL]" and makes it "/username". If you have any other questions regarding the requirements or are unclear on something please ask. I need this script done quickly and I am positive someone here can do it with ease. There are already many member scripts out there that are free to use but I rather have someone customize it from scratch for me. Please keep in mind that there should be a good level of security. Once again, I would like to get this done as cheaply and quickly as possible
