Convert photoshop .psd files to html, css and jquery/javascript

I've recently had [[login to view URL]][1] redesigned. Attached are the photoshop .psd files of the redesign. I need: 1) The two designs converted to web format (html, css and javascript): home page and personal. Note that the second page is basically the same as the first: just different icons and slider. 1b) The only non-basic feature is a slider control that you can see at the bottom that keys off of the user clicking the icons. Details of this are in the attachment. 2) The web content on the existing site put into the new design. Note the old site was one page with links split between business and personal. The new one is split between two pages: a home page (busieness) and personal page. Ian
