Convert PDF to HTML Page

Hi, I have a 3 page PDF which I would like converted into one HTML page called [login to view URL] and Images need to be sliced out and optimised for the web. The final file should be presented as a folder, with the HTML file containing the text and images required to replicate the PDF. Tables need to be created so that everything appears in the same place as it does in the PDF. Also the 3 pages should appear one after the other on the SAME page, i,e scroll down and you seamlessly go from one page to the next. There doesn't need to be any borders between the pages, they should all blend together. Max table width 800px. Where there is text, it needs to be shown as text and where there are images they should be images in the HTML file. The resulting HTML file should be optimised for use with IE 7 & 8, Firefox, Chrome & Safari (and will be tested on all platforms) The PDF is attached. This job should be fairly easy for someone with a good grasp on HTML who knows about compatibilities especially in Internet Explorer. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me.
