We are looking for a good PHP back-end developer for our social media site. I have a designer/CSS guy working on a front-end development, but now we need a skilled developer who can prioritize our work for next coming weeks and build a back-end to our social news/location database consumer website. Work includes Foursquare and Gowalla API integration, Google Maps API, Facebook and Twitter integrations, content databases, etc. I have written more detailed project plan that I will send per request. Basic functionality: - User generated News, Announcements, Event calendar and Photo gallery - Weather pulled from third party provider - Location database where users can contribute including location photos, text, map and check-in information - Classified ads (where users can sell and trade things and services) Needed from the developer: - Active communications via email and Skype - Daily progress reports - Has to available to start immediately - Good clean code
