Adding Optinbox / E-Mail-Form to existing WP Plugin

Hey, i've already outsourced a wp plugin called "Slidearticle", which creates a slidebox, which shows up in the bottom right corner of visitor screen and presents a featured article from blog. Here you can see the plugin in action on a dummy blog. when you scroll down to the end of the post it slides in: [login to view URL] Now i need a SECOND VERSION of this plugin, where the slidebox don't present a article from the blog, but instead a optin-form to insert "Name" and "E-Mail" to subscribe to Newsletter/Autoresponder. So i'm searching for someone how have experience with mail-/autoresponder-services like Mailchimp, Aweber, iContact etc. an can make the changes to the existing version of the plugin, so users can create such kind of form inside the slidebox an connect it to his/her mail-service. YOU DON'T HAVE TO CODE THE WHOLE PLUGIN! Again, i have already a existing plugin which has all the feature for the slidebox already implemented. like sliding in at the bottom of a page, or after time intervall. customizing the slidebox design, background etc. It's all there!!!! Don't have to be done! Also i will provide all images which will be needed. Just changing the content inside the slidebox to the optin-form, give user the chance to easily connect the "sliding-optinbox" with his/her autoresponder-service, and add some custom small options like "darken screen when slidebox appears" etc. for more details look at the attachments! tell me if you are interested and you have experience with wp and creating a connection to autoresponder and i will send you the existing plugin, so you can take a closer look and exactly know what you have to do.
