Adapt WordPress e-commerce plugin to existing theme

I would like someone well versed in PHP, CSS, WordPress, and the WordPress e-Commerce plugin (from [login to view URL]) to help me get this plugin to work in my current theme. This would require knowledge of and work inside the WP e-commerce theme files. I have several page templates and files associated with this plugin that need to function correctly in my site's theme. The sole deliverable of this project is to get make sure that all of the functions and features of wp e-commerce work properly in my current theme. Just to clarify, there are 13 combined CSS and PHP files associated with this plugin that drive pages and widgets in WordPress (I've attached a screenshot of those). The WP e-commerce plugin is available (for free download & testing, etc) at getshopped.org. I need this plugin to function fully and correctly in my custom WP theme. I currently use "The Cotton" from Envato's themeforest.
