Create Java Applet from SDK with Flash Skin

We have a voice recognition Software Development Kit, and need a coder to write an applet that accesses the SDK's JNI layer. This will need an attractive flash skin for the GUI. The application will ultimately reside on a CD. The SDK was written using C and has interfaces for C, C#, VB and Java. The VB, C#, and Java are a thin layer which resides on top of our C SDK. The Java uses a JNI implementation that plugs into the java code using a jar file interfaces the C binaries through native calls. The documentation shows the API's that are exposed for each of the programing Languages. Open the .pdf and then click on the bookmarks tab at the left. This will show things by topic and subtopic. Go to the API List topic. Here are the different programming languages by topic. Click on one and the list of API's available are listed. ? We also need to have a visual representation of the speaker's wave form, which appears next to the designated .jpg of the standard wave form. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
