Create a Wordpress Template

I need a WordPress conversion based on an existing website ([login to view URL]). We are converting an existing design as closely as possible, but making it responsive and wider in the process. 1) The website is a real estate search site. The WordPress installation is on a server in our control. The real estate (IDX) search results and detail pages are on a different server not under our direct control, but that platform can be set to retrieve a WordPress page and use it for a "wrapper." We have full control over the CSS for these pages from within WordPress. 2) The site we are basing the design on is www.mccartyflorida.com. The WordPress site will get installed at http://mccarty.rankassistant.com. The IDX (real estate search) is using the CNAME http://realestate.mccartyflorida.com. For the sidebar search form you'll need to scrape the field names and form action from this form: [login to view URL] Here is a sample results page which will need to be styled to approximately match the attached design image. I understand it won't be exact...but we need to get it as close as we can in terms of look and feel. [login to view URL][]=28444&a_propStatus[]=Active&per=50&srtd=desc&srtf=listingPrice And here is a sample detail page that needs to be styled similarly to the design image provided: [login to view URL] Of course the WordPress theme will take care of 99% of the style of these pages. 3) See attached images and notes for page designs for (a) home page, (b) results page, and (c) detail page. 4) The area at the top where the design shows horizontal images with a "swipe or scroll" IDX (real estate) showcase should be widgetized. The thumbnails of homes will come from the following Javascript applet, which can be styled as needed to fit in the widgetized space. <script charset="UTF-8" type="text/javascript" id="idxwidgetsrc-23503" src="[login to view URL]"></script> This needs to have some sort of scrolling mechanism, perhaps with left and right arrows hovering over the first and last image. 5) I need a second widgetized sidebar on the left where you see the quick search form and below. The HTML of the quick search form should be put into one widget in that sidebar, and the HTML of the other elements in the sidebar can be entered into the next widget below it.
