WordPress need mysql database, so if your web host support database then we can proceed. Second, we need some means to create database for installing wordpress on your web host. Either cPanel or any other control panel provided by your web host for managing your website will be helpful. After installation of wordpress on your web host, there be a separate admin panel from where you can add, edit, delete pages in your website.
