Change content wordpress - start now - repost

First and foremost you must be able to start right now, if its 4am where you are at and its the end of the day and you are going to bed soon dont bid. i want you to work atleast 4hrs from rightnow. Note i just fired someone after waiting for 6hrs for them to do something and they did nothing in this same period i did 9 tasks myself. This is a urgent project with a very short deadline, each task is fairly easy and this can be done within the time frame. Do not waste my time if i dont see immediate and hourly progress being made i will fire you and hire someone else. I will be checking hourly and expect steady progress to be made, i do realize everyone sleeps but i will expect you to atleast accomplish 10 tasks tonight sleep 8hrs and then resume progress :) If you cannot dedicate yourself to this project because you have a day job then this project is not for you, i need someone to work only on my project until it is completed. Need a template expert we will be changing various aspects of the layout Need to be able to work with contact form 7 and other plugins for wordpress We are rebranding our current site for another country the new theme is mostly done but needs some final cleanup and changes done We have about 75 pages that we want to change various content and images on The new site is mostly done need mostly minor changes to various pages Need to modify some layout and css to rebrand our new site Mostly content changes we will be providing a document for each page outlining the changes needed on a page by page basis There will be absolutely no upfront payment, milestone creation or downpayment of any kind, if you cannot comply with this then dont bid. To many bad freelancers on here have scammed me in the past I only pay upon completion. You will work live on my server so i can monitor progress and check off completed pages no exception, I need to see things as they progress if i dont see progress i will fire you and hire the next bidder. Meaning i will give you say a set of pages to do i expect to see them getting done, no excuses no fake promises, This is a reposted project because the last person i hired failed to make progress and gave me every excuse under the sun, even told me his town was flooded and no internet, i checked his local news it hasnt rained in 3 weeks and they are experiencing drought like conditions. I attached one of the 50/75 docs below so you can see the kind of changes we are looking for, most pages only require a cpl adjustments. This is a easy project for someone who is familiar with all things wordpress, This is even easier for a group or team as you can divide the workload and accomplish even faster. This may be a bit much for a single freelancer because of the time restriction (48hrs) no exception no being late no excuses. Right now i have 50 docs this maybe all there is but i am figuring in some wiggle room by stating 75 docs as i am still going through the site. Just had to fire another freelancer for not delivering as hired to do so. Now there is probably 10 pages left to be completed and you will need to go through the work he did as it was not done [login to view URL] in all expect to make minor corrections to all 74 pages. You need to understand english or else this will be hard to do, that was his biggest problem I guess.
