This is an example of my link, [login to view URL] How can i use the form and jquery to append &email=formvalue to the url so [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] ?
Please keep in mind that these urls are generated dynamically with a query.

If I understand correctly is to change the URL of the page according to what is generated after loading the page (php or jquery load).
This work should needs a jquery script.
