1. I need to add a hyperlink for a 'Contact me' form or an 'Enquire Now' Form to about 4 pages on my website. I wish to receive an e-mail in my inbox each time someone uses this link to access/completes the form to make an enquiry. 2. Also I wish to use Google Adword to track from which pages the person was referred from so as to know which of my pages are effective for my marketing and which ones are not.
