Design And Coding New Website (Repost)

I am looking for solid coding and great design of a new website. ***I have the design but I will need a new team to fully code and rebuild the site based on the design example attached.**** ****Previous coder has missed all deadlines and was not able to deliver the project - now I need someone who can complete this correctly and as soon as possible***** I will need admin panels to control website content - text, blog, forum, photos, videos etc... The website will have the following functionality: 1) Video player with archive functionality - Clips should be able to be be added and deleted easily. Ranking of most watched, last uploaded, link and share video functions would be good. (Good video player example:? [login to view URL]) 2)? Twitter Feed (Twitter Stream on Website) 3) Facebook Link (Simple Facebook Link) 4 YouTube Link (Simple YouTube Logo Link) 5) Blog on Website (Full integrated Blog on the 'Blogs" page on the website - this can be a blogspot blog or another type) 6)? Online Forum (Register and Login functions, place for people to post and reply to messages.) 7)? Contact Form 8) Map of the United States with small pins or markers that you can click on link to stories on the story page of the website. ? It should be easy to add more pins to the map as more stories from around the country are added. 9) Website will also have the following pages: About Us, Conact Us, Privacy Policy, Stories, Blog, Video, Forum. ## Deliverables The items above are a general guideline for what I think i will need for the website - there may be a few things less, or a few things more, but this is the basics. The nature of this site is to evolve and grow as we add more stories to the site, write Twitter entries and Blog entries, more stories will be added to the Stories sections and more pins/markers will be added to the map. ? The site should be build in a way that each of those sections can easly grow as more items are added. I will also need design and layout design for the website. ? I have a logo and will need the functions of the website above to be designed and layed out to look good and very professional on a homepage and other sub pages.
