Hello Philippe/Peter, We have gone through the document and the website alllanguages that needs revamp. I have to say that we have developed a very complex website for one of our esteemed client, I am sure you must have heard about his "OSHO" You can see that the site is developed in almost 13 languages and we have used Drupal as CMS. but i saw in your document that you would like to use wordpress and have a less inclination for Drupal. We can suggest you both wordpress and drupal as they are a better platform for multilingual sites however in wordprss we would find many plugins available from which some would be free and some would be paid. From the document i see that the project is divided in 3 phases at the moment. so i suppose that we would be starting the other phase after completion of phase 1 that is english cms website, I would confirm each point as mentioned in the document and provide you at the earliest. Kindly message me or at least send me an acknowledgement so that I can send client reference for you to call. On the other hand we are preparing a detailed proposal and trying to answer point wise so that it becomes easier for you to understand our feedback or comments. Lastly, I was confused on one statement below: Mappings for languages close to those available. For example, Parisian French may get the Canadian French site.
