Custom make an input box on this flash website i have

I am designing a flash website from a purchased flash template. I need someone to fix the contact form (the template came with a php and xml file, i just dont understand how to configure it) ------------- also, on one of the pages, i need some to custom make a SUBSCRIBE input field that can submit the visitors input to my icontact signup page (icontact is an email marketing service, and people will sign up for my FREE service on the site. icontact give me an html signup form code, but these codes cannot be used, so the form will take an input, and submit to icontact the same way their html code does i OR !!!!!!!!!!!!! on the "sign up" page, you can make an input box, that just sends me an email containing what the person wrote, and then i will manually add it to my email service ------------------------------------ find me on skype [login to view URL] ---------------------------------- i need this finished TODAY
