Corporate CD-ROM Presentation

CD-ROM project that should be developed in Flash. Needs to be Mac and PC Compatible. Please see attached PDF file that displays the architecture. 1. There will be voice over that plays on every page when it opens. Voice over must be syncronized to text scrolls in some cases. 2. There will multiple videos in the programming. While the actual pages are TBD, you can estimate 5-10 videos 3. There will 10 supplied animations placed in pages. The actual pages these will be located on are TBD. 4. We will provide you with an animated FLA file towork with. You will not be responsible for any design work. We would want to have you place and program the videos and animations. We would also want you to program all buttons. 5. Application should "auto launch" upon insertion of CD-ROM ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Deliverables must be provided within the alloted time frame 5) Deliverables must be consistent with attached architecture, based on supplied artwork. 6) Deliverables must be tested and error free, performing as intended 7) Application must be able to play off a CD-ROM as well as a computer HD. ## Platform Windows XP Windows Vista Windows 2000 Mac OS X (10.2 or higher) Windows XP Tablet Edition Windows Vista Tablet Edition
